That is Zoie Skills Training and Assessment Center is founded, its mission and vision is to impart a high knowledge of skills that gives greater opportunities to every individual.

            Zoie Skills Training and Assessment Center is the only welding institution in Cebu that is a member of AMERICAN WELDING SOCIETY-AWS, CANADIAN WELDING ASSOCIATION-CWA, PHILIPPINE WELDING SOCIETY-PES and registered by the TECHNICAL EDUCATION & SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (TESDA VII).

            The institution is owned by Engr. Solee Joy Peter L. Bagaloyos, a Certified Plant Mechanic and Registered Mechanical Engineer, a certified welding inspector license by AMERICAN WELDING SOCIETY (AWS) and PHILIPPINE WELDING SOCIETY (PWS), a welding consultant to different shipping companies and has been a welding expert for 10 years. He is also the President and CEO of Weld Industrial Sales that caters all resources for welding industries like consumable materials, all kinds of welding machines, welding apparels, plates and pipe.

            Zoie Skills Training and Assessment Center has trained men and women from zero knowledge to a certified 6G welder’s base on international standards. With knowledgeable and experienced staffs in welding that provide supports, complete equipments and materials and the techniques of training that qualifies in international standards…we believe our trainees can obtain their goals that will help them to have a better life.
